This painting depicts a scene of the famous fishing port in east coast Malaysia. I was vacationing there with a group of young friends many years ago when I witnessed this magic scene early one morning.
Now many years later and thousands of miles away, I still cherish the memory of this magic moment and could not wait to put it on paper.
